Congregation Beth Shalom

Born in Ottawa, Ontario, and the eldest of three children, Chazzan Sheini Howard Dover has been with Congregation Beth Shalom for nearly 20 years and has held the position of Chazzan Sheini for 10 years.  Howard's musical life began early with piano, trombone and Jewish choir combined with music study and vocal training.

In 1986, Howard graduated from Yeshiva University with a Master's of Arts degree in psychology and continues practicing as a therapist.  Howard's love of Torah and his commitment to Beth Shalom continues to grow and it is his wish to help others to participate and grow with us.
