As part of our ongoing evolution as a Traditional synagogue that retains an Orthodox liturgy, Congregation Beth Shalom is seeking a full-time Rabbi for its 350+ member families. The prospective candidate should have an Orthodox or Traditional Judaism ordination. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader who will spiritually energize and inspire our members and the community. He will act as an educator and halachic authority, and will perform all duties incumbent upon rabbinic responsibility. The candidate will be a community builder and an individual who can successfully engage young adults, couples and young families. Strong communication, team building and leadership skills are essential.
